The first post!
Good Lord, it only took me 4 hours to put this blog together. I saw that some of the runners on dailymile have their own running blogs. I don't know why I didn't think to do this earlier. I like all the widgets you can add on the side and embedding of video/pics/links that's allowed.
I'm going to use this blog to post the following:

  • Workouts
  •  Races
  • Achievements
  • Post race re-caps
I hope I can meet a whole bunch of other folks that enjoy running as much as I do. Most of my training is solo and I know we all need motivation at times.


Man this was back in the day. I need to stop living in the past, haha! Most importantly, though, I want to get my arse back into shape. I want to set an example for my 6 year old daughter, Adia. If you follow this blog, you'll be reading a lot about her. She's my inspiration, my joy, and my BFF(according to her), lol. Everything I do is with her in mind. Well it's almost the new year. I reckon tomorrow I'll post my resolutions. 2010 will be rockin'!!!!
